Credit Claiming Information
To claim credit for the activity, learners must complete the following sections.
- Pre-test
- Post-test (to claim credit, a score of 70% or higher is required)
- Activity evaluation & reflective statement (after completing this section, you will be able to claim credit and download a certificate)
Learners can claim credit one time.
The deadline to claim CME credit and MOC points is August 9, 2024, at 11:59 PM ET.

Post-Activity Evaluation: 30 days after completing the activity, you will receive an email with a request to complete the 30-day post-activity evaluation.
