RISE Performance Improvement is a three-stage performance improvement activity by which evidence-based performance measures and quality improvement interventions / changes are used to help providers identify patient care areas for improvement and positively change their performance. Current RISE registry users will be able to assess their current quality measure performance in their 2026 RISE dashboard, select measures in which they would like to improve performance, implement changes within their practice for 90 consecutive days to improve measure performance, and re-assess measure performance to see if and how their performance changed.
